Custodial services: Safekeeping of plan assets are typically held through TD Ameritrade.
3(38) Fiduciary Investment Services: Investment selection for the plan employs a rigorous and consistent process by which low cost funds are used to create professionally managed portfolios for the plan as well as a lineup of investments whereby participants can choose to customize their own investment allocation. The investment lineup is continually monitored with quarterly reporting provided to the Plan Sponsor. The plan sponsor is provided with a Fiduciary Audit binder which provides a hard copy and electronic documentation system including all signed documents, an investment policy statement and guidance regarding investment committee meetings and minutes.
Consulting and Education: Customized enrollment materials and employee meetings outline your plan’s specific benefits and enhance your employees’ understanding and appreciation of the plan.
